White - the colour of purity, goodness and trustworthiness. White works best with either gold and / or silver, generating an aura of influence and control. This colour has been thought to calm the heart, mind, nerves and emotions. White is also considered to be an all-around protective colour filled with peace and comfort.
Silver - the colour of both the trustworthy and romantic!
Gold - thought to strengthen the body and spirit.
Yellow - a warm colour representing the sun, warmth, healing and motion. This is the colour of communication, health, cheerfulness and friendliness. Yellow is thought to aid in memory and clarity of thinking. It is thought to increase optimism, self confidence, stimulating curiosity and interest.
Orange - a colour that enhances our sense of purpose and strengthens concentration. It frees and releases the emotions to help alleviate feelings of self pity and low self worth or self esteem. Another colour that stimulates the mind and is thought to be a good antidepressant. A great colour that is thought to remove inhibitions, connecting us with our senses and making us independent and social.
Pink - the colour of love and relationships. An emotionally calming, soothing colour, pink gives the feeling of warmth and nurturing. Pink is thought to help lessen the feelings of irritation and aggression thus surrounding the wearer with a sense of both love and protection. A wonderful colour for alleviating feelings of loneliness, vulnerability, despondancy and over-sensitivity.
Red - attracting both recognition and respect, this colour is considered the colour of good fortune! It encourages joy, luck and wealth promoting courage and confidence. Red has been thought to escalate the body's metabolism with vibrancy and passion. It is also thought to be a grounding colour.
Green - peaceful, refreshing, normalising, balancing, nurturing, all virtues of the colour green. This is a good colour for health and healing all the way around- mind, body and spirit. This colour is thought to cleanse and balance our energy giving off feelings of renewal, harmony and peace. A connection to unconditional love, inner-connecting us to nature and empathy for others around us is another benefit of the colour green.
Blue - this is the colour of intellect and wisdom, peace and trust. A colour that exudes relaxation and calmness and also represents adventure and exploration. Blue is thought to connect us with holistic thought enhancing communication through clarity and wisdom.
Purple - the colour long associated with royalty, it is also the colour of physical and mental healing and is thought to boost spiritual awareness.
